Perpetua Investment Managers is an independent, owner-managed boutique investment management firm which was founded by Delphine and Logan Govender in 2012. The Perpetua team identified an opportunity to join the cohort of the next generation of independently-owned asset managers who are able to meaningfully complement the status quo by constructing differentiated investment portfolios and challenge conventional wisdom while establishing sound and enduring investment firms. Perpetua has a focused suite of strategies which the team manages including SA and global equities, SA and global fixed income and SA and global multi-asset portfolios.

The firm's core investment decision-makers have worked together for +12 years and are a team of experienced, skilled, hard-working, and thoughtful investment professionals who resonate closely with the firm’s mission, vision, values and client objectives. We are genuinely active, disciplined investors, utilising bottom-up fundamental analysis to outperform the market. Since inception, the bedrock of Perpetua’s investment philosophy has been value-orientation, seeking to exploit the mispricing that is created by the often short-term swings in investor sentiment relative to fundamental value.
