4D Wealth Management was registered in 2002. In 2009 the Fourth Dimension Financial Services (Pty) Ltd applied for a Category II license. The License was approved by the Financial Services Board (FSB) on 4 February 2010, and 4D Wealth Management commenced its operations immediately.

4D Wealth Management does not take receipt of deposits from clients or operate a nominee or trust account. We make use of the investment platforms to manage all client funds on their behalf. This mitigates risk for our clients. The investment process is designed to minimize potential for negative performance and have been rigorously tested.

It is underpinned by a quantitative process that ensures that the process is implemented without emotion, ensuring consistency of its implementation. Financial advice and marketing of the Portfolios are done by independent FSP's. It is prudent to note that 4D Wealth Management competes on a level playing field with other asset managers.
